Many of the antiquities that are on display have been illegally spirited out of the host countries ... burial tombs have been looted ... and now-extinct animals have been killed by poachers... war-torn countries have had their national treasures raided ... all for the benefit of those viewers on the other side of the glass.

Not to mention the nice ivory carvings which the affluent like to accent their homes with at the expense of illegal killings of protected species of elephants for their tusks... or the fur coats worn by the upper crust society in this country at the expense of small innocent annimals.

A few roulette chips in the larger scheme of things is inconsequential.
