Per TGT the HYC chip (brown chip, hub mold) is attributed to Phil Vitsky in New Hampshire. The attribution is considered "weak" by some as a Mason & Co. card doesn't exist for this chip. I've done a little library research and haven't been able to find a Phil Vitsky. The next time I'm in northern NH (Littleton?) during a weekday I'm going to stop by the town clerk's office and try to get more info.
