Everything is disclosed up front.

However,Is it not a little misleading to say auction starts at half of face value.

This chip never had a real face value of anything. It may state $25 on the chip but you could never turn it in anywhere for $25.

If I had a walmart chip that said $10,000 on it I could state that I was selling it for 1/100 of face value and make it sound like the best deal in the world.

Just my two cents and is in no way an opinion on the seller.
