Ron, can you provide a list, or partial list, of the dealers you refer to in #1, #2 and #3 from your pledge below? I'm only sure of one dealer, who was subsequently expelled from the club. I bought chips from him, prior to expulsion, though never bought altered chips from him. Who else is on the list?

I will NOT knowingly buy any altered chip.
I will NOT have any altered chip in my collection.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer #1 who sells altered chips.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer #2 who sends their chips to someone who fixes altered chips.
I will NOT do business of any kind with any dealer #3 who participates in any way in the practice of having chips altered.
