I posted this message on 08/06/05 on the board, maybe it's time to pull it back out and start the Alter Free Club.

Last time I posted this pledge, I only got a response from 2 club members.

So shouldn't I get the same number of responses on this pledge as the slab free club???

I think it is time to make a stand against altered chips but I want the make sure before I start the “Altered Free” club (similar to the Slab Free Club). I want to make sure that the BOD has classified what is an altered chip before I fully implement to Alter Free Club.

Take The Pledge To Be Altered Chip Free!
I will NOT knowingly buy any altered chip.
I will NOT have any altered chip in my collection.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer who sells altered chips.
I will NOT buy ANY chip from any dealer who sends their chips to someone who fixes altered chips.
I will NOT do business of any kind with any dealer who participates in any way in the practice of having chips altered.
