I put a bid on a house on friday and they just got back to me. I bid 285 they pay closing up to 8k for a house that was listed at 290. The 'ass clowns' (for kruse) countered with 287 and I pay ALL closing fees. That raises the price to almost 295. You know it's bad when the selling agent apologizes for the offer before submitting it. They can take that house and....well you get the picture.
