If it were me that was selling some very rare chips that I just picked up at a flea market, the same chips that were recently reported stolen, I would be very concerned that I was selling stolen merchandise.

How can you have any idea whether the chips were those stolen or not?

I would also be very concerned about being implicated in the theft of these chips and I would also be interested in seeing that the chips were returned to their rightful owner if they were the stolen chips. I would not be attacking others for having the same concerns that I do, I would be cooperating in trying to figure out the truth.
