If the situation was reversed, I would hope that the person with similiar chips would be as helpful as possible in resolving the matter, which I am.

If I was watching this whole thing unfold, I would see the similarities or wonder, but I would not start posting threads saying that I found your chips, and start accusing the seller of stealing them or talking about searching the seller out and interferring with his life.

I have emailed ed a few times, who has been very cool about the whole situation. He never accused me or even asked me where I got the chips (until this morning). He just asked me to keep an eye out.

a few of my chips are very distinguishable, if he can id them, they're his and I will most certainly give them back to him and help him locate the dealer I purchased them from.

The chips he had listed an ebay a month ago are not the same chips that I purchased.

I realize I am not a member, nor is Ed (as far as I can tell) He seems like a nice guy and I hope his chips and other belongings are returned to him.
