I use padded mailers, and get them in gross from Office Max or Office Depot, whichever is the cheapest at the time. They both have websites so you can check prices and shipping is free is you order, I believe it is $50 or more. I think the websites are officemax.com and officedepot.com, but a google check on the names will also get you the websites.
