This is a "silver-on-glass" ashtray that I assume was given out by the Horseshoe Club to special guests. Silver-on-glass seemed to be the big thing about this time - Harrah's and Harvey's both had some items about this same time. I have not seen another of these ashtrays so it may be sort of hard to find....
