Consider this, Chipper "A" takes a chip to a show that he just paid $15 fmv for and he knows it can be purchased anytime for that price. Along comes chipper "B" who is new to the hobby and knows nothing. Chipper "B" asks chipper "A", "how much". Chipper "A" says, $60. Chipper "B" thinking "this person is a club member and wouldn't take advantage of me" buys the chip. IMO this qualifies as a breach of ethics.
