If each current club member would sign up just one new member this coming year ... the size of the club would double!

O.K. ... so maybe that's not a realistic goal... How about if 50% of the membership signs up one new member? No???? How about if 25% of the membership signs up one new member? 10%???

Don't leave it up to someone else to "fix the problem" when the solution is very simple.

As for the price of chips going up, up, up. That only happens with scarce to rare chips. There are plenty of more common chips to collect that the values do not appreciate rapidly.

Everybody can't afford Graf Zeps in the stamp hobby or 1804 dollars in the coin hobby ... why do chip collectors think that their hobby is any different?

An increase in membership will create more competition/demand for the limited quantity of scarcer material ... which will cause an increase in prices even more... and that's good!
