James,
Will let you know how long it takes from Amazon. Yes, new club members like to get educated ASAP. Heck, I've been collecting over 4 yrs and still know nothing. But, I do know that this hobby is expensive already and one must seek the best price on items. I've seen to many dealers that try to get 50%-100% more than an item can be purchased elsewhere for. Examples, black lights, chip cleaner, binders, and even chips.
With books it's a different story, I consider these a fair trade item with a set MSRP. If I were selling a publication like yours I would ask list price as well. But with Amazon and Barnes and Noble I would expect stiff competition. Hundreds of chippers value your book (myself included)I hope you get the same remuneration regardless of the source of the sale. And TKS for providing an excellent reference source.
