Got a bottle of neighborhood beer going and it's kicking my butt pretty good... as is the cold I got at my Grandson's B-day party Saturday. So this one is a winter ale, warm and stouty, we've got summer beers too, I tell you, I hate leaveing town and drinking other pretenders. As I stand on my front porch, I got a Starbucks two blocks left or 4 blocks straight ahead. Brew pub? Pretty good walk to this place, Bridgeport or the Lucky Labrador (bring your pooch!) or the grandaddy of them all here in Beervana, McMinimins, three blocks. McMinimins Aladdin theatre brewpub is about a quarter mile off. Some sort of organic beer brewer is neighborhood also. Ahh.

Used to be on the road for Thanksgiving and got some pretty neat stories out of the deal. The time we got burned on the Flying J Thanksgiving buffet there in Fraser Park, just across the street from Top Of The Vine. Hope this finds everyone here in a good way and thanks for letting me in this very cool outfit!
