The old boys want to keep the hobby status quo. If that's how you envision our hobby, it’s future, and believe LE’s are the only way to go, keep the clique’s alive.

Many of these old timers are just jealous and dislike individuals that aggressively purchase expensive chips. They don’t want anything to change because they will be long forgotten.

It so obvious, with the escalation in price, they can’t keep up. They are fearful when new serious collectors with funds to invest or speculate, enter the hobby, they will be just old news.

This is a great hobby. It’s needs energy. Don’t turn your head on people that want change and wish to make this hobby as exciting as any collectible hobby out there. Anyone that has gone to recent chip shows knows the attendance is down and so are sales. You continue to leave it to the guys currently in charge, it will only get worse. Let's shake the tree!
