() From my Early Half Dollar attribution days ... my observations are as follows;
Base of letters "A" & "H" in TAHOE almost touch on chip on right.
Base of letters "D" of ED and letter "N" of NUGGET almost touch on chip on right.
Compare space between "NUGGET" and "25" on both chips.
Conclusion; Chips are clearly made from two different dies.
