while I think Michigan is the 2nd best team in the country, I agree with those that say you should win (or tie) for the conference title to have a shot at nat title (in Football).

Ohio State already proved they were better than Michigan. If there is another 1 loss team with a legit claim, they should have a chance.

USC, Florida, even West Virginia. Now if they all lost again, then Michigan by default. For those that say what about ND, Mich buried them, Mich St almost beat them, and if the choice is Mich or ND, then Mich proved they were superior to the Irish, and then I would accept an all big ten title game.
