I remember this as well. It was like a year or two ago and someone put up a link on the this site. Basically it was a small poker spinner that you could insert a chip into an screw the top cover on.

It looked great but they wanted $25 for it. I thought about getting a few of these made by finding a manufacturer, I've been looking for a while and haven't found it again.
