If USC wins out, I think they will be the opponent, but Michigan certainly played an exciting game only losing by 3, on the road. USC has beaten several top 25 opponents, beating most by 2 tds. ND will not be in the game, period, nor do they deserve to be, even if they humiliate USC. Florida still has a shot, they have 1 loss, and will play at least one more quality opponent on national television, that can effect the rankings.
