I got a chance to see the construction last week with George Maloof, and I honestly believe this is going to be the finest concert hall in Las Vegas.

Also got a great piece of memoribilia - an "official" Pearl hard-hat. You can see george holding one on Robin Leach's AOL blog (aol.com/vegas). I was actually standing next to George when the picture was taken.

So Gene, do you have one of those hats? LOL.
