I think there's plenty of opportunity to confront Joe Pavlik directly about his refusal to answer questions or post his opinions without hiding behind an alias to make a joke about him.

Everybody running for any office in the deserves to be able to confront anybody who campaigns against them or publicly ridicules them. This "Richard Tilly" appears to be nothing more than an alias being used by somebody who is too chickensh!t to post their name on their cute little joke.
