I picked these up at a flea market and the seller had several of each version. The look like the were colored with a black felt tip marker. Some one had way too much time on their hands - or Circus Circus was using three different folks to hand them out and wanted to track who was doing the best job???

They did do a very careful job on them - even colored the pips on the dice. The one on the left has edge marks as well.
