Yes, Don is right, this was an orange chip with a black hotstamp. Hard telling what was used for the black coloring, it's so thin that I'd believe someone if they said it was ink rather than paint. I have one of those LV Nevada Club Free Play dovetails with the black painted rim and it's a much more substantial black material on the rim than this color job. The surface of the Clown chip shows the black to have settled into the cross-hatching with the orange surface showing through giving it that odd, muted color you see now. Another Chip Puzzler!
