Vic: I have been doing business with Joe for many years and never had any problems. Joe is an honorable person and if you talk to him, I am sure he will 'make it good'.
I guess he could increase his shipping fees from 1.10 to 2.00 and graduate to bubble mailers; but just a thought. I am sure someone will complain about the increase in shipping costs.
BTW, it is not right to jump on the internet and malign a person for such a minor issue.
