I also have bought a number of chips from Joe Benon. The packing is always poor, but the chips have always made it to me intact. He always has plenty of chips on ebay, though. Why can't he replace the chips or refund your money (or at least pay the value of the chips you sent him)? Obviously, a discount on future purchases seems insufficient. He has always been easy to contact in my experience. Good luck Vic.
