at home for a few years...no nicks, no scratches, no dings. I thought that maybe UV would have affected the lucite or maybe even the chips inside, but it didn't. I have another lucite paperweight that's been bundled up in my closet and they were both the same clear "white".

The chips inside the lucite look terrible though...kinda fuzzy...
