Mike, I've spent the last 5 years consulting with a total of 6 different tribes. Really hard to believe some of the laws. Some federal laws do apply, like workman's comp. The only way they can be sued in state court on a civil matter is if they agree to give up the soveriegn immunity. Oh you can file the papers but the judge will kick it immediatly otherwise. Jim
