Why did they commit those acts? In response to US support for Israel and the Gulf War. I don't see an alternate rationale in your post.

You attack on the Democrats in response to my post is misguided. I am not plugging the Democrats and attacking the Republicans. I was only questioning what act prompted the terrorrism that has afflicted all Americans. Personally, I think it's ridiculous to blame either party. Members of both parties supported all of the actions that prompted the terrorists to target the US.
