Dick Steffler produced a CD that has a great many California card clubs documented. It is not available in book form or online. The WMP/DNK chip is from the Club V - the entry in Dick's guide is below:

The only Wonder Stag Club was in Visalia and as you can see in Dick's entry below it was open from 1950 until 1983. It was a legal Calif. card room.
