Sometimes you find more than 5 or 6 dice with the same number. This is when the casino use lot numbers (they use e.g. the same number for a month). I know that the Caesars Palace, Excalibur, Flamingo, Trump Marina and some more do this. A stick of ten would be simply a set of ten out of such a lot, but you could also build a stick of 100 if you have enough dice!
