you can't possibly let idiots like Stu enter into your mind. Ebay is bound by the same laws as everybody else (even when they think otherwise). That is why they are constantly facing lawsuits and investigations.

If you see fraud point it out, it is the obligation of every citizen to resist unlawful behavior (even at flea markets), and ignore the idiots.
