not too long ago and the consensus was... Yes, an error, but a fairly common error.

Since we don't know if the set-up was using a 5 x 5 array of molds, or a 6 x 6 array (or something else) and, we don't know how many arrays were being used, or how many molds in any given array were mismatched, so it is hard to tell how many are like this.

I know I'll be looking for one when I get to town!
