Anyone seen this particular set before?

Never saw this artist's proof set. Regular issue was of 3,000 chips. Seller states "rumoured [sic]...(can't spell...he's in the UK ) to be limited to 50-100 of these worldwide."
Only difference here is that the gold "AP" has been replaced with C1, C2 & C3 on the standard issue, which also has hot-stamped serial numbers.
