On the top of any Ebay page click on site map. When it comes up scroll down on right side til this comes up:

Click on "Find Contact Information", Click on that and a screen will come where you can enter the auction number and submit it. In a short period of time Ebay will Email you all the info, phone number included.

Call, whine, bend them over and get problem solved.
