Most including GPI knows UV is not a valid security devise.
Many casino people knows it is not, some think it is.
UV costs 10¢ per chip.
If you have a house mold you have to pay the 10¢ to have the H/C UVed on the chip as GPI logo is required on every chip. If you don't want to pay the 10¢ they will put a small HC on the inlay.
