There was no license change in 1970, only a name change. Don suggested that didnt matter. I actually thought it would matter

The International became the Hilton International in 2/70 and remained until it change again in 1971. Per an old Saito auction catalog the chips listed under Hilton International in TCR (which says 1970) were from 2/70.

BTW - Im not bothered about claiming any prizes here Gaze through Fuller's book at the old time places which changed name every few months. I bet something must beat 7 months but we will never have the chip records to know for sure.
