The address you have in the "Optional Image URL" is:

http://lh3.google.com/fishfearmyname/RT5wy6lVABI/AAAAAAAAAFQ/sG-ELJWZ3ZU/CIMG1527.JPG?imgmax=640

When it should be:

http://lh3.google.com/fishfearmyname/RT5wy6lVABI/AAAAAAAAAFQ/sG-ELJWZ3ZU/CIMG1527.JPG

The extra "?imgmax=640" makes it not show up.
