Rick, you do not enter any private data, all you do in enter the last name, then first name, and search all states, once you see the results, you click on the link, and it automatically takes you to the state search data base, where you fill out the information to do the claim process. You have to print out a form that you pen and ink, and then mail it to the state address. Again, you are not entering any private data on-line, other than just the last name.
