I have noticed that long raw URLs like Ricky's are not working - at least on my browser. There appears to be a limit of about 72 characters that the Chip Board software will use. You can put the longer URLs in the Optional Link URL and they work fine. Another way to do it for eBay is to use the Search by Item Number to bring the item up and use the shorter URL that eBay generates - like this one...
