NOTICE OF REDEMPTION

The Reno Hilton is now the GRAND SIERRA RESORT AND CASINO. In accordance with Nevada Gaming Regulation 12.070, Beginning August 23, 2006 and continuing therefrom for a period of 120 days, all outstanding chips bearing the name of the Reno Hilton will be redeemed at face value at the main cashier's cage at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. After December 21, 2006 chips bearing the name Reno Hilton will be of no value. Thank you
