I just bought 6 chips, the seller made a mistake with the price of the shipping. I asked him if the $28 shipping fee was correct. He emailed back and said sorry thats incorrect, the winner will get this auction for free (just the shipping).

After the auction I emailed him and asked how much, he said + the shipping of $6.25 for the chips. I emailed him the first email I got from him, he still tacked on the $6.25 postage fee.

Talk about changing your tune when you sell an item. I don't mind paying the $6.25, its what you write to buyers you should remember in the first place.
