.....the policy states slabbing SERVICES may not be sold, exhibited, etc. A chip that a dealer shows up with that has been slabbed already MAY be sold.

That same chip may NOT be bart of an exhibit on the floor, but that is different from a chip being displayed at a dealers table because it is for sale.
