My only bit of advice is this: if you do not like traffic you might want to take a test drive in the areas you are looking at buying in the early morning and evening rush hours. Certain areas of town are horrible to try to drive through during these hours and certain areas of town are horrible to try to get through during ANYTIME of the day.
