I live just north of Summerlin. Nice and quiet.
I live 1 mile from the 215. Taxes are not bad (1200). I have a three bedroom condo 1400 sq ft.
We have been here for almost 4 years and love it.
I'll never shovel snow again. Just sun sun sun.
