There's one on eBay this week, and close inspection shows some glue smeared around the inlay. I had never looked at my (drilled) chip, but it also appears to have a glued-on inlay. If these were really promo chips playable by junket players, I don't think Caesars would have made a chip this way.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has this chip and whether yours looks to be a put-together job. A more likely situation is these were made as keychain promos and were never playable. The airplane hardly looks like a charter jet that would have been used for a junket either, unless Caesars Palace had a business jet in those days.
