Greetings ad Salutations to all of my chipping friends!

It's Thanksgiving up here and I have to go to the in-laws for turkey.

I have been away from the board for a while so I'll pass on a quick update.

After my Grandmother passed in May I took a bit of time to re-focus on some really important stuff. She meant alot to me and was one of the reasons for my love of Vegas and things gambling related. Her death hit me very hard.

I focused on the family and those close to me, lost about 30 pounds (part of the plan was to not include scouring eBay in my list of "physical activities" - even though finding something great got my heart rate up) and went on a vacation to Hawaii (I found chips there - more on that in another post). It was a good break and I feel much better.

I spent a good portion of the summer working outside in the yard, building trellis, removing grass and placing stone (no more mowing that spot) and a bunch of other projects and playing paintball with some of my friends. All led to fewwer moments on the computer and chipping.

Fall has hit here and the weather is turning. I am getting back to the chips, sorting and organizing all of the accumulations and logging and catlogging them. I'll be positng trades, sales and questions over the next few days.

So that's me up to now.

I now have a couple of things to catch up on.

Murph, I am coming back in November and will be bringing you and Gene the items that we talked about.

Tom, my condolences on the passing of your wife. My deepest sympathy to you.

Why all the shots at Von?

Anyway, I'm glad to be back and getting back to one of the other important things in life.
