that makes me mad too! I ALWAYS use a padded envelope, and secure each chip onto a piece of cardboard with removeable take so they never touch each other. It takes about 2 seconds to set up and I have never had a problem getting my items to the buyer safely (except when the post office looses the entire package). There is no excuse for lazy people!
