Could very well be, David, since JH exhibited that type of manufacture in a vintage calalogue of theirs; Series Cat. NO. JH134 and Cat. NO. JH135 as MARKERS.

Further on in their depiction of different type manufacture they elaborately distinquish between JETONS and CHIPS with the type manufacture in question and clearly showing it as a CHIP; Series JH319 and JH320.
