You are kidding me, right? I know you are a lawyer but simple gambling is illegal in every state and aggrevated gambling is a felony in over half the states. Eight states already have laws regarding internet gambling. I obviously was not referencing state run lotteries, race tracks, scratch tickets and the like. In NH we can't even own a video poker machine. So, don't twist things to make it appear what it isn't ( although lawyers are good at that.) Try running a casino night for real money in your home and see how quick your hiring a lawyer.
