Hi Gene. If Harrah's, the Palms and any other legal gambling house in the USA, had the right to on line gambling, I think it would be regulated and taxed. I also think the USA gambling would take over the largest share of on line gambling because what gambler would not want to gamble with the Palms or Harrah's, trusted names in gaming. Then the worry of regulating over seas gambling would be small. Billions would stay in the good old USA.
